The musted grapes undergo to a very long maceration
(12 – 14 days). Fermentation occurs in temperaturecontrolled
tank (26-28°) and purposely selected yeasts
are added. Afeter dripping and pressing, fresh wine is
poured off after having finished malolactic fermentation.
Colour: red with violet shades.
Aroma: light and characteristic.
Flavour: full-bodied and aromatic.
Serving suggestions: meat dishes and matured
Serving temperature: 18 – 20° C.
Alcohol: 13,50 %vol.
Total acidity: 5,8 g/lt
Sulfur dioxide: 105 mg/lt
