Grapes are immediately dripped and pressed. Then
musted grapes aundergo to alcoholic and malolactic
fermentation at the same time. Fresh wine is filtered
and stocked in glass-covered tanks.
Colour: coral red.
Aroma: fruits, very typical.
Flavour: smooth and wrapping.
Serving suggestions: fish soup, crustaceans, raw see
Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C.
Alcohol: 12,50 %vol.
